What is Berganti Bikes schedule?

Berganti Bikes is open every day (including Sundays and holidays) from 9am to 1:30pm and from 3.30pm to 7pm. We are closed during December and January.

Can I collect or return my bike in hours where Berganti Bikes is closed?

In general, you cannot collect or return your bike if we are not open.

Can I collect my bike the day before the rental starts?

We are aware our customers like to start cycling early in the morning so as a complimentary service, we do our best to get your bike(s) ready so you can already pick it up between 6.30-7pm in the evening before your rental begins.

However, please bear in mind that this will not always be possible, especially in high seasons, when there is a high turnover of the bikes and we have to clean and do any necessary maintenance before handing them over to you.

If we cannot hand the bike(s) over to you the day before, you will be able to collect them the day of your rental from 9am onwards.

If I rent the bike for 1 day, does it mean 24 hours?

Do I have to pay for the bike to be cleaned?

No way. That is our job. Would you be happy if a restaurant charged you an extra cost for washing the dishes you used? Of course not. Well, same with the bikes.

Is my bike insured?
